Merci à tous nos visiteurs du monde entier qui ont pris la peine de nous écrire un petit mail, ou de nous laisser un message dans nos livres d'or présents dans les châteaux. Cette trace de leur passage restera dans nos mémoires et leur satisfaction réchauffe nos coeurs.
J'ai quelquefois dû "décrypter" des mots manuscrits dans nos livres d'or (sans doute avec quelques erreurs), et je n'ai pas été en capacité de recopier les messages manuscrits dans les langues autres que l'anglais et le français... Je prie les auteurs de bien vouloir m'en excuser.

Thanks for the chance to stay in your Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Today we had a beautiful walk to Verdun, yesterday a trip to Chalon and of course Beaune. The boulangerie Patisserie deliveries in the morning were a hit. Toma, the in-house Chef, was amazing. Well worth it.
With great reluctance we must depart this beautiful house tomorrow. Finding all the special little extras provided here has been a special treat. When we pass the "Lans" sign in the morning will be a sad moment to return to Florida.
We've spent amazing week in this wonderful cosy house, in friendly atmosphere. Thanks a lot for unbelievable great vacation time. From Russia with love !
Villa magnifique avec un charme et une décoration rafinée. Tout pour bien profiter (pétanque, et nombreuses activités extérieures) et se détendre (sauna, baby-foot, hammam...) pour toutes les générations et tous les âges. Beau week-end en famille à renouveler dans les deux autres villas (Lans & Mercurey) très prochainement. Un repas d'anniversaire très réussit pour mes 20 ans! Très bonne adresse à recommander. What a wonderful two weeks we have had at Château de Mercurey ! Can’t we stay here further ?
We were a group of friends – young/old, gay/straight, couples/singles, with children/not – from four continents – North America, Australia, Asia & Europe. We came together to celebrate some 50th birthdays. We loved your beautiful Château.
The accommodation was perfect and the view unrivalled ! C’est extraordinaire ! We ate like kings and thouroughly enjoyed and explore this wonderful wine region.
Some highlights in a perfect week : 3-star Michelin lunch at Bernard Loiseau, 3 star Michelin dinner at Lameloise, lunch at l’Abbaye de la Bussière, cycling along the voies vertes and to the Morvan, many fine dinners here at the Chateau, including Boeuf Bourguignon and galette de pomme made with French apples from the chateau garden.
It is hard to imagine a more perfect setting for a holiday in France. Thanks Sylvia & Christophe for creating this special place for others to enjoy and savour.
13 of us, all accomodated in lovely bedrooms. Wonderful social house, great furnishings. BBQ in constant use due to prearranged excellent weather. Loved the pool and plenty of sunbeds. All enjoyed Chalon and surrounding area. Great meal cooked of our first night by Chef Patrick. We have been on holiday as a group of 13 friends for over 10 years and this house has been the best.
Un site merveilleux, un temps alterné de soleil et nuages très agréable pour la température. Nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours. Aujourd'hui il pleut, belle image de notre humeur maussade au moment de repartir. Quel calme. Nous avons passé de vraies vacances avec toute la famille !! PS : Nous avons sauvé deux écureuils !

Our stay in your house was really enjoyable because: the rooms were very nice, enough table wear and overall the house felt very welcoming. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the St Emilion was delicious. Sauna etc terrific, what else can we say. The weather was not good but because the house was so nice we were not bored. The fireplace did his work as well. And your welcome felt very warm. We will remember this week for a long time, and we will recommend your house (may be in the future we will return). Thanks for everything.
